The three crew, who described the UFO as ‘flying saucer-shaped’, then gave chase, getting as far as the North Devon coast before they ran low on fuel, it was reported.

A spokesman for South Wales Police said: “We can confirm the Air Support Unit sighted an unusual aircraft. This was reported to the relevant authorities for their investigation.”

It was reported that the aircraft closed in at great speed, aiming straight for the helicopter which swerved sharply.

“They are convinced it was a UFO. It sounds far-fetched, but they know what they saw.”

The helicopter crew are said to have crossed the Bristol channel in pursuit of the UFO, but lost sight of it and had to turn back due to a fuel shortage.

Under the slab, human remains from a medieval cemetery were found and properly reburied off the site, however two weeks later yet another face appeared on the new floor. More and more faces in increasingly elaborate arrangements came and went on the floor until the family finally sealed the kitchen, however this simply resulted in more faces appearing elsewhere in the house. By now well publicized and attracting the attention of investigators, the phenomena was intensively studied, including the placement of microphones which reportedly picked up sounds inaudible to the human ear that seemed to be muttering strange languages and agonizing moans seemingly choreographed to the grimaces and painful contortions of the faces on the kitchen floor.

Maria died in 2004, however the faces have continued, calling into question theories that the old woman had been faking the whole affair. Further, chemical studies of the cement have been somewhat unsatisfying, with multiple potential explanations being advanced, from acids to paint but none of them really seem to cover all aspects of the phenomena.

The annals of the paranormal are replete with images of people on inanimate objects. From Christ himself to Mary on a grilled cheese sandwich, we recognize faces in patterns and often attribute these images to a wide variety of people. Most of these can easily be explained by wishful thinking and recognizing patterns among the chaos, but sometimes a story can be attached to the phenomena that might suggest that the spirit of a disembodied human may be able to manifest a picture of themselves that the living can see.

Recently, the phenomena of ghostly images appearing on objects has had a resurgence in an unlikely place. Rosemont is a busy Chicago suburb, most famous for being home to O’Hare International Airport and a dizzying array of hotels. The city has also recently been the focus of an uncharacteristic burst of paranormal phenomena. Of course there was the infamous O’Hare UFO, which continues to gain interest worldwide. But there is another incident, one presumably of a very different nature.

Located outside the Willow Creek Club on Higgins Road is a sycamore tree that some claim bears the face of Donald E. Stephens, the Mayor of Rosemont for 51 years, who died last April of stomach cancer. Is it the image of the former mayor, or just a product of the human mind’s ability to recognize a face among random patterns in the bark of a sycamore? Perhaps Mark Stephens, son and acting Mayor of Rosemont after the death of Donald Stephens, said it best. “He told me, you screw things up, I’m gonna haunt you”. Let’s hope Donald Stephens is simply saying hello, rather than making a political statement from the grave.

Tonights episode really brought mixed emotions. The first thing that really comes to mind that I want to talk about is the piece of glass that was “thrown” at Jay and Grant. It really strikes me strange that there wasn’t any other windows or glass that matched the kind that was seen. It also brings me to think of past episodes where everything paranormal revolves around when Grant is there. I am not making speculations, or maybe I am but wouldn’t it be pure logic that Grant might have picked up the glass at an earlier point then all of a sudden dropped in while they were walking up in the sleeping area? Just my thoughts.

What really did catch me by surprise was the EVP. You can clearly hear what was being said. Was the old queen trying to make contact or answer Steve and Tango? It was caught in her room where the original bed was that she slept in so long ago. It also coincides with the claims of paranormal activity from staff and visitors. The other piece of EVP was quite interesting with the sounds of footsteps, those were quite audible as well. So was the old hotel haunted? with the evp’s it sure seemed like it.

No one else was able to have any experiences or catch anything on film which is the most convincing paranormal evidence, but they still go in week after week and get some pretty good evidence in my mind. I just wish more things would happen on video or when Grant isn’t around. I think that tango has come along way with his investigating skills as well as Kris Williams, She has been very good at her approach to investigating. Hopefully we can get some concrete evidence to make non-believers into believers. But I guess the paranormal don’t act when we ask it too, thats why it is called the paranormal.

The investigation at Prospect Place in Ohio did come up with some very interesting evidence. The one that cannot be denied is the heat source from the barn window. I would have dismissed it as a stray animal but when they slowed it down it did go from tall to short, then fade out. To me that was a very interesting piece to have. The part where Steve and Dave tango up in the barn trying to provoke the man who was hung didnt quite turn out the way we would all like to have seen. But again does the paranormal ever come on command?

Tonights episode didn’t leave us with much to go on, A couple of noises and one very good heat source but that was it. When you think about the paranormal I don’t think we will ever come up with a scientific meaning but it will keep us believers believing and the non-believers still saying there is no such thing as the paranormal. I have to start off by saying, “Are You Kidding Me”? Well they did it another week. The PRS Team is making a joke and a mocrary out of the Paranormal Investigation. Now they go in to find the meaning or proof of the “Mothman”. This was the last episode for me. It just makes me want to go and find their next location and make it set up where all these little “wannabes” get the proof they need and crap themselves.

They go in and see where the Silver Bridge collapsed in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. To me all they did was disrespected the town and those that were killed in the collapse. This show needs to be pulled off the air and their credibility (which they are doing themselves) needs to be laughed at. I mean seriously, where are they getting this from? It looks like they have been watching to many reruns of Scooby Doo. Maybe thats what the Paranormal State needs, They need to go out and get them a dog and tell it to solve the mystery for some scooby snacks.

If you still believe that the Paranormal State is a legit investigating team then I would love to hear your reasons and explanations. To me they are just a way for A&E’s ratings to go up and yet make more non-believers prove that this is all a joke and a way to tell ghost stories.

Tonights episode was very interesting. The footsteps, the sickness, the picture moving. The footsteps that jay and grant heard were very interesting, They were load enough that we could hear them very clear, and they actually did sound like they were getting closer. What I found to be intriguing was that it happened right after grant had mentioned they were from the north. Do you think that it could have been a old federate soldier that was upset that they were there? Then when Jay was making fun of the north winning the war, he sensed that there was something that felt like it sat right next to him on the coach and then there was that cold spot.

I do like the fact that Tango was able to debunk the TV turning on by itself because of the walkie talkie being used. That did catch me off guard at the shows start when Steve was setting up. When Kris and Tango was in the basement, Kris began to feel very sick to her stomach, Was that from the high EMF. They all do say that high EMF’s can cause nausea, feelings of being watched, headaches. But it didn’t make sense when the owner said that he held tours down there in the same location and not one person ever got sick. Very interesting concept.

As for the EVP that they caught in the basement, I personally didn’t hear it, I turned up the sound to make sure, but still didn’t hear anything that sounded like “yeah” when Dave Tango asked if they missed their families. That would have been nice if it was load and clear enough for others to hear, but personally, I didn’t hear it.

The best piece of evidence was the picture moving in Grants room, The have claims of that chair being turned straight when it is set to be on an angle, Now we didn’t see the chair move but their was great video evidence that showed the picture frame move, and basically turn to be what looks like 90 degrees. Grant didn’t even know what was moving, like he stated he thought it was a candle, which I thought was legit because that was the first thing he went towards. Below is the evidence TAPS found, including the picture frame.

Again, Ghost Hunters didn’t disappoint me this week. They go in hear the claims and try to debunk them. When they do come up with evidence that even surprises them to the fullest. That to me is what makes this show stand apart from the others. The only thing I do not understand is why they always go lights out? All the activity seems like it happens when everyday activity is going on and thats with the light on. Maybe one day they will tell us their reasons for turning all the lights off, I actually emailed them one time and asked but never got a response. Maybe they might read this and we can get that answered?

Well its another week, another episode of A&E’s Paranormal State. This weeks episode was with a girl named Liana who claims of seeing a black mist and feeling a presence. Some of the things I found to be kind of leery was first off the client Liana claims to have been getting nauseous but yet the team finds a very high read of EMF (electro magnetic field) which we all know can cause the feeling of nausea and headaches, or even the feeling of being watched. What I did find kind of weird was the poster in her closet with the Hello tags just saying “hell”. That kind of struck me funny.

One thing that I didn not really understand was she said she believed she was seeing paranormal or was even possessed but she told Ryan that she didn’t know if she believed in God or the Devil. That just doesn’t make sense! How can you believe in the afterlife but yet don’t believe in the two sides? Ryan once put a medallion in her hand and asked her how she felt but yet she didn’t or couldn’t come up with an answer. Sounds to fishy to me.

Another thing that really bugs me about the Paranormal State is that it just seems to scripted to me. For example, They go on all these cases some close some far away and yet they always call in the same medium, Chip Coffee, To me that just don’t seem right. If these guys are all supposed to be investigators why do they need to keep bringing in help? Where are all there instruments, All I see so far are microphones, cameras, and EMF readers. I did however see a thermo cam in tonights episode, but when they went and investigated that “light” that came into the girls window, why didn’t they use it when they went in?

Well here they go into the girls room to investigate the “light” that appeared in the window and say they discovered the blanket on the bed all shuffled up. My question is why didnt they use the thermo to see if there were any hot spots on the bed where someone or something was sitting or at? How come the camera that was set up not catch nothing when it was being unraveled.

I hate to say it, but I do not believe the Paranormal State. I do think it is all scripted. If you ask me I think that when people call with one of those “Most Extreme Cases” then they call or meet with the clients and maybe conspire on what the next episode would be about. I think that Ghost Hunters, who always go in to disprove a haunting with the right tools, should follow behind Paranormal State and see if they can catch anything themselves, or at least debunk PRS directors log.

Now these are some very interesting photos I think, But it leads me back to that BigFoot story that everyone keeps talking about. The picture taking back in 1967 by some cowboys up in the California mountains. Unless you havent heard the story, It was said that 2 cowboys who were camping near Bluff Creek, California said they had heard something in the distance and when they rode their horses over their they caught footage of the “ape” like creature going acrossed what looked like a creek bed.

Well many years later a man came out and said that he was part of a hoax to dress up in a bigfoot costume and walk acroos this feild. So what made this fella come out and reveal the truth, Well he said that Roger Patterson didn’t pay him the $1000 he promised he would to do it and not tell anyone.

So with that said. Are these photos legit? Are they a real deal or is Rick Jacobs basically doing a copy cat sort of thing? I admit these are some pretty convince photos but it does seem kinda far fetched. With a camera like this, There are shot with night vision sensors, but with any camera it will make a flash or clicking sound. If this was indead the popular BigFoot, Why didnt it turn around to see what the noice was? I have used these cameras before and when you get pictures of deer or any other animals, The sound of the camera taking the picture usually has the animal take a look to see what it going on.

You be the judge. Are these the real deal or just a copy cat hoax that goes back more than 40 years ago?

I keep hearing all these people out there saying there is no such thing as Ghosts or the Paranormal. You ever wonder why they say this. I strongly believe that there is more evidence to prove that the paranormal and afterlife does exists than there is to say it doesn’t. When you hear there is a scientific explanation for why things happen, I would like them to explain experiences that so many of us have. The touching we feel, The shadows we see. What I think is going on is these people who are so against believing have had something happen with them also.

Why wouldn’t you come forward if you have had an experience with the paranormal, Maybe help us find the reasons why, if there is any? There are so many claims of things that go on that are just plain out ridiculous and shouldn’t even be heard but we like to hear it or we wouldn’t listen. A case in point is that show, “A Haunting“, I am a strong Paranormal and Ghost Believer myself but that is one show that I just cannot seem to believe in. The flying of the plates out of the covers, The big scratches on peoples bodies. That would be something I would have to see to believe. I would probably need a new pair of shorts, but it would make me a believer.

Another thing that I find myself pondering on is the “being possessed”. To me I think that Hollywood pretty much had everyone thinking they were possessed or had evil spirits attached to them telling them what to do with The Exorcist. But these shows like A Haunting is pretty much making the real Ghost Investigators like Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson from TAPS, have to work harder in trying to prove their message and submitting what I have seen to be concrete evidence. So is it fair that these shows should be on TV to make a mockery of this unexplained phenomenon as ghosts? I dont know if it is reality but it is sure good entertainment, and for me a good laugh.

Well tonight was the season opener for Ghost Hunters at Fort Mifflin with founders JASON HAWES and GRANT WILSON. I actually thought it was a pretty good episode. They were able to go to a place where no other researches or investigators have been. I really liked the fact that they were able to get into that under ground prison. Which brings me to some good stuff from the show. First thing is I would have loved to seen what grant seen. The way he reacted you know it wasn’t staged or acting. he had to be very frightened from what ever he saw and definitely caught him by surprised. All the noises Jay and grant kept hearing like the scraping against the walls or the walking was justified by Kristen and Tango.

Fort Mifflin has some pretty good but scary history, Built in 1771, the deserted fort played a critical role in the emancipation of the United States from Great Britain. It fended off the British Navy long enough so that GEORGE WASHINGTON and the Continental Army could make their way to their winter encampment at Valley Forge. However, during the skirmish, 150 soldiers died there. Years later, the buildings were used as a Confederate prison during the Civil War. Many prisoners perished there, some of whom are said to still linger.

Then there were the EVP’s ( Electronic Voice Phenomena), Those were some real good ones, the one that Jay heard up in the quarters was awesome, he thought he heard “Mommy” but when the EVP was looked over and the evidence came out, it was actually said 2 times, but Jay heard it once with his own ears. What is so fascinating about that is there was a little girl killed on the grounds and soon after her mother was so depressed that she tied a rope over the upper banister and jumped over and hung herself. Was that the voice of the little girl? I don’t know but it sure was clear enough to be convincing.

The final thought comes down to TAPS always goes to a place to try and debunk or disprove haunting and as they said from the very beginning. For Jason & Grant to say that a place is haunted they must have the evidence to back it up. As far as the “paranormal” shows that are out today, I must say that Ghost Hunters is by far the best and most professional out there on television today.
